Ethiopianjournalist Serkalem Fasil has been denied - for the third time - a visato travel to Europe and

attend press freedom conferences.

The GlobalForum of Freedom Expression honors the former political

prisoner whogave birth to her baby boy in prison. The brave young journalist, alsothe wife of writer and

columnist Eskinder Nega (a former politicalprisoner), is a living proof of human rights violations in
